Had a great stay with my boyfriend :) the rooms are so nice and very classy, and the location is perfect, it’s walking distance to pretty much everything you need. The ocean view from the room was also so nice to wake up to. Very quiet and very clean and comfy, and I really loved the big soft pillows. The decor was beautiful too, I thought it was so cool that the art on the wall was from an artist who made the pigments from materials from SanJo Bay. Such a cool local touch.
My boyfriend also proposed to me while we were there so it was a really special stay :) you guys definitely have a special place in my heart now. My engagement ring was extra sparkly in those nice bright bedside lights, which I appreciated because I couldn’t stop staring at it! Having open wifi and Netflix and coffee with flavoured creamers was such a nice touch too, and it honestly just smells really good everywhere you go in this hotel. We also really liked the tiny little motion-sensing light by the coffee maker - when we went to the washroom in the middle of the night, it lit up just enough to light the way from the bed to the bathroom and back, and turned itself off after like 10 seconds. Such a small detail but we both thought it was genius. Little details like this really make for a great hotel stay and you guys are nailing it so far :)
We didn’t eat at the restaurant this time, but as a local I’ve eaten there many times and I can tell y’all for sure that this is the best sushi you’re going to get in town ☺️ and the folks who run the restaurant are so sweet - we’ve been given complimentary edamame or miso soup several times which was so sweet and kind of them, and they always make sure every dish is perfect before it goes out. The food is absolutely delicious and it’s great that it’s just a few steps away from your hotel room door ☺️
This is my new favourite hotel in PH, I’ve stayed at them all but this is the most impressed I’ve been. Will definitely be back later this summer with my boyfriend - I mean fiancé hehe ☺️
