Hi there, Had a lovely stay with you guys recently. Rooms are beautiful and love the personal touches, including no bar, soaps or plastic glasses. Love the ice machine in the middle of the hall! Very little criticism. If I’m going to be really picky, there was a used coffee pod in the coffee machine lol… It would’ve been nice to have a shelf above the coat rack for extra items such as blankets or pillow pillows. Unfortunately, it was super windy when we were there and the construction plastic on the front of the building was quite loud as a vibrated in the wind. Nothing can be done about that! And I know it’s costly, but it would’ve been so nice to have glass around the outdoor patio. It would really open it up and give a view of the ocean. I think it’s a little pricey for the time of year and location however, I also understand that you’re not part of a conglomerate and I was happy to support that. Really sweet to get a condolence card and chocolates as soon as we walked in. I know this isn’t part of the hotel but we did eat at the restaurant there and we’re disappointed in the lack of English and service. They didn’t always get what we ordered and two items were forgotten. It’s so important to be able to speak English in the service industry!
